The VM BFG Player Rewards program is brought to you by Virtual Magic and BFG Paintball Park and Pro-shop. By becoming a member of the Player Rewards you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from BFG. We respect your privacy. All information involving your Player Rewards will be kept confidential and used solely by VM BFG to provide you with special savings and benefits.

Membership
Player Rewards membership is open to anyone who is at least 16 years of age & Any Person who purchases a BFG Park Membership will automatically be enrolled. By obtaining a Player Rewards Card, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age or older. Your Player Rewards Card and Membership is nontransferable and subject to present and future program rules.

Player Rewards Savings
Player Rewards offers unadvertised in-store savings everyday. These offers are marked with Player Rewards signs. Simply present your Player Rewards Card to the cashier at the checkout and you'll automatically receive the Player Rewards price. Your Player Rewards Card must be scanned at the beginning of your purchase.

Earn Player Rewards Points
Earn up to 1000 Player Rewards Points for every $1 you spend on almost any purchase when you show your Player Rewards Card at time of purchase. Earn additional points through special offers and promotions. Points are not added to your Account for dollars spent on sales tax. Points apply only to the first Player Rewards Card scanned in connection with any purchase. Points are not added to your account for the amount of any BFG Gift Cards or Certificates, Tournament Entry, along with any discounts, coupons, or rebates applied at the time of purchase. Other exclusions may apply. When products are returned to the store, Points will be deducted from your Account for that purchase.

Get Player Rewards
Your Player Rewards Account will be reviewed after every sale. For every 15,000 Player Rewards points you have earned, you will automatically receive a $5.00 Player Rewards Reward redeemable toward the purchase of any eligible product or service priced at $5 or higher at Virtual Magic / BFG Paintball. At the time a Reward is issued, 15,000 points are deducted from your Player Rewards account. Points will be deducted on a first earned first deducted basis. Points will be reset the first day of each calendar year. Player Rewards are not valid on prior purchases.

BFG VM Player Rewards Changes/ Cancellation/ Termination
We reserve the right to cancel your Player Rewards Card. BFG VM may, at any time, terminate or modify the Player Rewards program and program rules without any further obligations or notification to members. Player Rewards Accounts that have no activity over a 12 month period will be closed. Lost or stolen Player Rewards will be replaced for $2.00. Lost Gift Certificates can not be replaced. You may be notified of additional ineligible products and services. Other restrictions may apply. Player Rewards Cards and Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
