The
number one question:
What is paintball?
Answer: The basics of the game is one of a two-team
game of capture the flag. The objective is to capture
a flag from the opposing team and return with it to
your own flag station or head quarters. The game never
involves any type of physical contact.
Instead, each player is armed with a special air gun
(marker) designed to fire a round gelatinous capsule
filled with a non hydrogenated oil, colored by a nontoxic
non-caustic, water soluble and biodegradable colored
dye (paintballs), which mark their opponent on impact.
In this way players eliminate opposing team
members.
The
game gives players a chance to test their individual
skills of stealth and tactics. While also stressing
teamwork, planning, and good sportmanship via competition.
